Project Hannibal

Project Hannibal is a Babcock contract that provides a broad range of support to the design and delivery of Army collective training events. The contract presents multiple opportunities through short term contracts for ex-Army with suitable experience.


Project Hannibal is the provision of a capability to support the design, delivery and evaluation of Collective Training events delivered in the constructive environment to the Army’s deployable formation headquarters. In broad terms Hannibal provides people with relevant experience to act as: staff officers in Exercise Control, the Threat (regular, irregular and hybrid), other actors such as host nation personnel, diplomatic staff, NGOs, media and criminal activists, and simulation system operators to deliver tactical activity and outcomes. We employ 30 – 100 part time staff for each event of c20 days, providing all necessary training, meals and accommodation.
