FTRS position within HQ RAC responsible for the delivery of the RAC Apprenticeship scheme, and Whole Life Development more broadly, this is a key role in a small HQ. Would suit an enthusiastic self-starter with experience in Pers and / or Trg (though not essential) and a passion for enhancing the package soldiers receive via completion of the Apprenticeship programme. Broad RAC experience very preferable. Suitable for a DE or LE.
